Banana Pancakes - Inspired by Deliciously Ella

For a great start to your day give these flour free pancakes a go!! They were so easy to make and tasted delicious.

Ingredients:-

1 cup oats (optional gluten free oats)

2/3 cup ground almonds

1 cup water

1/4 cup ground flaxseed

2 ripe bananas

2 tablespoons honey

2 teaspoons cinnamon

pinch sea salt

coconut oil for cooking

Directions:-

Place oats in a food processor and whiz up to a flour consistency.

Add sliced banana and rest of the ingredients.

Blend until mix is quite thick and not runny.

Add coconut oil to hot pan and add quarter mix to the pan - cook for about 1 minute then flip to other side. 

Top with blueberries and pecans like me or a topping of your choice :)
